MAS Enterprise Features

MAS Enterprise offers all the features of MAS Corporate, plus Enhanced Screen Capture and an in-built SQL export and database engine:

• Enhanced Screen Capture
  • The Screen Capture rate may be configured in the Enterprise version and additional "Hot Zones" can be specified to ensure that sensitive applications and folders are closely monitored with almost real time video playback.
    
    For example, a folder named "Accounts Share" may be configured as a "Hot Zone" to trigger a Screen Capture rate of 1 per second. Or if you need to keep a close eye on web browsing you can specify "Internet Explorer" as a "Hot Zone".

• SQL Engine
  • The export routine will sequentially decrypt all activity logs, email and audit data within a specified date range into the in-built SQL database, which can be run either manually or at a scheduled time each day.
    
    As there may be several MAS shares on an Enterprise network, the MAS Report Builder is designed to query some or all of them simultaneously. This provides comprehensive analysis of the entire Enterprise with any SQL statement - even if the physical share locations are on different continents!
    Results can be viewed in a web browser with a single click.

• Detail Analysis in one click!
  • Record detailed logs of all desktop activity, archived daily for immediate retrieval at any time. Full details of all applications, documents, logons, web browsing, chat etc etc...

• Screen-Capture in one click!
  • Taken at regular intervals, these images show the actual screen that the user was seeing - playback, rewind and fast forward video controls for easy navigation. The screen capture rate is variable and "Hot Zones" may be specified where high screen capture rates apply to give almost streaming video when the user accesses particular applications, documents or folders.

•  Outlook Email capture in two clicks!
  • Original emails complete with attachments are copied to the shared folder as soon as they are sent or received. Permanently available to MAS, even if the user has deleted them

• Exception Reports in two clicks!
  • Analyse the usage of all applications by user or workstation compared to the total usage across the network for any date range. Tremendous power in just two clicks!

• Hardware & Software Audit in one click!
  • Complete hardware and software snapshot taken at every logon is immediately available for every computer - even if it is switched off! Total software instance counts help keep you legal...
